Basement

Here is the all-but-unprecedented: Homes in Phoenix almost never have basements. This room, at the bottom of the concrete staircase that starts in the Dining Room, may have been built for a coal or oil-fired furnace. The seller has been using it for storage, but this would make an incomparable Wine Celler--actually in the cellar!
